Walking meditation is such a great walk to supplement our meditation practice, or to shift energy when we need to. Body movement clears the mind. Meditation i...</title><content type='html'>This is what I can really relate to!  Meditation in a New York minute...love it!!!  Over the past few weeks I have been so aware of my body and feeling where the tension rises...the jaw, shoulders and right between my eyes.  I noticed that I have deep wrinkles from where I must &amp;quot;furrow&amp;quot; between my eyes.  Now when I sit I focus on relaxing those areas specifically.  What a huge difference it makes.  I do often rub the area between my eyes too...it feels good.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As I said, for me, just taking moments throughout the day to clam down has been such a blessing.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will try and &amp;quot;sit&amp;quot; more...which I have not for the past 2 days.
